The Links Programme

 What Is The Links Programme?

The Links Project is run by Alliance Scotland. It aims to have a dedicated person, called a Community Links Practitioner, working in several GP practices around Scotland. Our Links worker is Margaret Anne Prentice. She, along with the other Links workers, will talk with patients to give them a link to their community, to help them find support and to find local services, places and activities that will help improve their health.

Our Community Links Practitioner, Margaret Anne Prentice, Laura Donovan

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE MARGARET ANN OR LAURA EITHER IN THE SURGERY OR AT HOME PLEASE ASK ONE OF OUR HELPFUL RECEPTIONISTS TO ARRANGE THIS FOR YOU

The Links Programme has also supported the practice to improve the wellbeing of our team and to work to improve how people can get access to information to help them improve their own health and wellbeing. You can read here about how the Links Programme has changed our practice over the past year.
